GET FAMILIAR WITH OUR PRINTING TECHNIQUES
SILK SCREEN PRINTING  ( SERIGRAFIA)

  • Screen printing is also a stencil method of print making in which a design is imposed on a silk made screen of  fine mesh, with blank areas coated with an impermeable substance. Ink is forced into the mesh openings by the fill blade or squeegee and onto the printing surface during the squeegee stroke.

LETTERPRESS ( IMPRESION TIPOGRAFICA)

  • Letterpress printing is a technique of relief printing using a windmill printing press. A worker composes and locks movable type into the bed of a press, inks it, and presses paper against it to transfer the ink from the type which creates an impression on the paper.

DEBOSSING ( IMPRESION BAJO RELIEVE)

  • A Copper plate is developed over light exposure until the graphic work is revealed...  to then finally be heavily pressed against paper with one of our vintage presses putting tons of weight into each piece leaving a texture like no other technique could ever achieve.

EMBOSSING ( GRABADO EN ALTO RELIVE)

  • Embossing and debossing are the processes of creating either raised or recessed relief images and designs in paper and other materials. An embossed pattern is raised against the background, while a debossed pattern is sunken into the surface of the material (but might protrude somewhat on the reverse, back side).

LASER CUTTING (CORTE CON LASER)

  • Its basically using a laser machine to either superficially carve or deeply cut into any material.

HOT STAMPING (ESTAMPADO CON FOIL)

  • Hot stamping is a dry printing method of lithography in which predried ink or foils are transferred to a surface at high temperatures. The non-polluting method has diversified since its rise to prominence in the 19th century to include a variety of colors and processes.

DIGITAL WATERCOLOUR
( ACUARELA  DIGITAL)

  • Also known as aquarelle from French, is a painting method in which the paints are made of pigments suspended in a water-soluble vehicle. The term "watercolor" refers to both the medium and the resulting artwork.

DIGITAL PRINTING ( IMPRESION DIGITAL)

  • Refers to methods of printing from a digital-based image directly to a variety of media. It usually refers to professional printing where small-run jobs from desktop publishing and other digital sources are printed using large-format and/or high-volume laser or inkjet printers.
