No changes or cancellations accepted after the order has been placed. In extraordinary circumstances, we may at our discretion accept change or cancellation orders, but we are not obligated to do so.

Limited Guarantee:

We want you to be overjoyed with the final printed product !!! If there are flaws due to our workmanship or our mistake we will either reprint the flawed portion of the job at our expense or refund your deposit on your return of the flawed work, which will relieve us of further obligation,. However, note that our printing techniques are largely manual processes therefore subject to natural variations of color impression, registration, and other characteristics, and we do not allow claims for concerns of this nature. *No claims accepted after 24hrs from Delivery.

 

 

TURN IN TIME

 

 Standard turn in time depends on our printing cue. Once determined it starts counting once the 60% upfront payment is confirmed and final printing PROOF is 100% approved by the client.



We do offer a premium turn in rush service,  which can be shipped within 20 working days once the 60% upfront payment is received and graphics are fully approved as well.  The fee for this service will be quoted depending on the due date and in our current work load.

 

We encourage our clients to optimize the revision's stage in order to get us started on the printing stage asap, this can be made by spending the right amount of time revising the graphic proposal from head to toes and by providing us with a well-defined wording & completely revised contents to be used for each format. Otherwise, our due date will be subject to delays due to an extended revision process.  

 

Please bear in mind that turning time  ( 5-8 weeks depending... ) start counting after the final approval of the graphic proposal.

 

 

COPYRIGHTS, BRANDING, PHOTOS & PRIVACY.

 

All the rights of our original graphic work are reserved for TiYPO GRAFICA PRESS, We do not send original vector files or high-resolution images as all our work is subject to copyright.

 

All our work is discreetly watermarked to distinguish our luxury stationery from copy cats.

 

Images related to your project will remain in our archive and are subject to be published on our website and other media for marketing purposes.

 

Your personal information such as address, email & phone number will remain highly protected & private by all means and can only be used by TiYPO grafica press to reach you when necessary across the design & printing process.

 

 

PROOFING

 

Your approval of the final digital proof also confirms that TiYPO.grafica.press will not be liable for any typographical, spelling or design errors. Changes after approval but prior to the press run will be allowed with a 60% surcharge.



We have had clients asking to see proof of their project before they pay... But by all means, we can Not get our team started on any projects before the deal is sealed with the 50% upfront payment.

 

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING



Shipping and handling charges are in addition to imprinting costs.



Even when shipping prices are variable depending on the total weight of your project, we can give you an estimate.



We can not be responsible for damage during shipping. If your job suffers damage in transit ( which is very unlikely as it its packaged with care to keep it protected), you must file a claim against the carrier (UPS ) to recover the value.  We will try to reprint the order as quickly as possible, as a service to you, but we will have to charge the full price for the replacement, including a new non-refundable deposit
