THE TIYPO EXPERIENCE

Every Tiypo website is designed from scratch around your celebration, destination, and personal style. Our process combines creative direction, custom design, and thoughtful development to create an experience that feels entirely your own.


GETTING STARTED

To reserve your project and begin the design process, we require full payment, along with your completed wedding information, final text, photographs, links, and visual references.
Our production timeline begins once payment and all required materials have been received.
Please provide carefully proofread text and confirm that all names, dates, addresses, schedules, and links are correct. Tiypo will incorporate the information provided by the client, but the client remains responsible for approving its final accuracy.


CREATIVE DIRECTION

We begin by learning about your wedding, venue, destination, color palette, and the atmosphere you would like your guests to experience.
Using your information and references, we develop a cohesive visual direction that may include typography, color, imagery, illustration, texture, and meaningful details inspired by your celebration.
Every project is created specifically for the couple. We do not use website templates, and no two Tiypo websites are alike.


DESKTOP DESIGN

We always begin with the desktop version of the website.
This allows us to establish the complete visual composition, navigation, hierarchy, and relationship between every section before adapting the design to a smaller screen.
During this stage, the mobile version may appear incomplete or incorrectly arranged. Please review the website only on desktop until that version has been completely finalized and approved.
The mobile adaptation begins only after the desktop website is 100% approved.


REVISIONS

Your project includes up to three rounds of revisions unless otherwise specified in your quotation.
A revision round is one complete collection of feedback submitted at the same time. There is no fixed limit to the number of changes included within each round, so we recommend reviewing the entire website and consolidating your feedback before sending it.
Corrections required because of an error made by Tiypo do not count as a revision round.
Changes resulting from new information, replacement text, a change of preference, or modifications to previously approved work are considered client revisions.
Additional revision rounds are available for a previously established fee.


MOBILE ADAPTATION

Once the desktop design has been approved, every section is carefully adapted for mobile devices.
Elements may be resized, repositioned, or reorganized to preserve the composition, readability, navigation, and functionality of the website on a smaller screen.
Significant changes requested after desktop approval may affect the project timeline and require an additional revision round or separate quotation.


FINAL REVIEW AND LAUNCH

Before publication, Tiypo reviews the website’s navigation, links, forms, images, responsiveness, and general functionality.
The client is responsible for completing a final content review and confirming that all wedding information is accurate before authorizing publication.
When included in the selected package, the agreed domain and first year of hosting will be connected to the website. The hosting period begins after full payment and final agreement on the domain.
The website will be published once the desktop and mobile versions have received final approval.


TIMELINE

Our standard turnaround for design and development is approximately two to five weeks after payment and all required information have been received.
The completion date may vary depending on the project’s complexity, the amount of custom illustration required, Tiypo’s current schedule, and the time required to receive feedback and approvals.
Delays in receiving content, feedback, or approval may extend the project timeline.
Rush projects may be accepted depending on availability and are subject to an additional fee of 30% of the total project cost.


ARTWORK AND USAGE

Custom illustrations created by Tiypo remain the intellectual property of Tiypo unless exclusive rights have been purchased through a separate written agreement.
Artwork created for the website may be used by the client in personal wedding stationery and celebration materials according to the usage rights included in the quotation. It may not be resold, redistributed, or used commercially without written authorization.
By submitting payment and beginning the project, the client confirms their acceptance of the process, timeline, revision policy, desktop-first workflow, usage rights, and conditions described above and in the corresponding quotation.
