LEADTIME

Our standard turnaround for design and development is 2–5 weeks after we receive your payment and all the necessary information. This depends mostly on our current schedule.

PROCESS 

​

    •    2 things are needed in order for us to get started :

Full payment in advance, and a text file including all the relevant information that we will be pouring into the website. (Checked Spelling please.)

    •    Desktop First: We’ll first design the desktop version of your site. Once it’s 100% finalized and approved, we’ll move on to the mobile version. Please avoid checking the site on your mobile during this phase—it might look messy, and we don’t want you to worry unnecessarily.

    •    Rush Requests: If you need delivery sooner than the timeline stated in your contract, a 30% surcharge will apply.

 

REVISIONS

For websites or graphic work, our quotes include up to 3 rounds of revisions (unless there’s an error on our side). There’s no limit to changes within each round, so the more detailed your feedback, the better! If extra revisions are needed, they’ll be charged at $180 USD per round.
